These Mobile Messaging Terms govern text messages sent by License Closet, License 2 Close, and/or related entities (the "Program"). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Program Description
The Program sends text messages regarding your inquiry, agent program, brokerage services, appointments, reminders, and related offers.
Opt-In
You opt in to the Program by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms or by otherwise providing express written consent to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. The consent checkbox on our forms is unchecked by default — you must actively choose to opt in.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier.
Opting Out

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Eligibility and Changes
You must be the account holder or have authorization for the mobile number provided, and you agree to notify us if your number changes. We may modify or cancel the Program or these terms at any time; the effective date above reflects the most recent version.
