Support boundary: Basic plans include email support and transaction support. They do not include unlimited coaching, CRM access, MLS access, direct lead generation, text support, or full business-building services.
Commission splits, transaction fees, broker fees, and referral payouts are governed by the signed independent contractor agreement and brokerage policy. Here is the current structure.
