Refund Policy

Effective date: July 10, 2026

Program Fees Are Non-Refundable

Setup fees, annual fees, and monthly fees for the License Closet agent program are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. This includes:

• The $89 setup fee
• The $89 annual license-hang fee
• The $15 monthly license-hang fee
• The $30 monthly CRM + Support add-on fee

Annual Renewal

Your annual renewal is based on the date you join. Renewal fees, once charged, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Monthly Plan Payments

If monthly payments stop or fail and are not resolved according to brokerage policy, your license may become inactive or you may be required to transfer your license out of the brokerage. Fees already paid are not refunded.

Optional Services

Fees for optional services, including CRM + Support and per-automation setup work, are non-refundable once services have begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Written Exceptions

Any exception to this policy is valid only if provided to you in writing by an authorized representative of the brokerage.
